In a tribute to Ireland’s esteemed agricultural and distilling heritage, we have chosen to rechristen this exceptional whiskey while preserving its award-winning essence. The blend boasts a heavenly proportion of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still, creating a harmonious and exquisite character. Triple distilled and carefully matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels, the whiskey is exclusively crafted from a mash bill made of the finest Irish barley, ensuring its unparalleled quality. Bottled at 40% ABV, it exemplifies sophistication and craftsmanship.
On the nose, one can discern invigorating zesty spice, intertwined with the enticing notes of black pepper and peaches, enticing the senses.
